Has a BA degree from the University of the North, which he obtained in 1993. In 1996 he obtained an LLB degree from the University of Witwatersrand. He was then admitted as the Advocate of the High court of South Africa and into the society of Advocates at the Johannesburg Bar in 1997. He has been practicing as an Advocate since 1997 to date, at the same time he then pursued a consultancy practice focusing on Employment law. In 1998 he was appointed a part time commissioner of the CCMA (JHB) and is still actively involved. He also forms part of the Public Service Bargaining Council. He has been conducting a number of trainings under the auspices of different training company’s including eManzini Staffing Solutions.

Esther Letlape is a seasoned Corporate Executive with over 25 years’ experience in multiple industries including but not limited to Rail, Construction, Mining, Foresty, Petrochemical, Engineering & Logistics, Investment and Asset Management, Management Consulting where she held HR Director and Executive positions and acted as Chief Operations Officer for Investment and Asse Management Company. She has worked in most consulting. companies and organisations that had presence with in Sub-Saharan Africa where she has established business networks through her powerful and skilful networking and passion for business growth. She operated in Botswana, Zambia, Namibia Lesotho, Swaziland, Mozambique, and Angola both at private and government levels. Esther provides her clients with assistance and support where needed within the regions where she has established business networks.

Esther has extensive Board experience where she served at both Board member and board subcommittee levels. Utilising her Board experience she also provides independent advice to Boards on People related issues, Executive recruitment, Leadership Development, Transformation, Coaching, Human Resources, Change Management, Organisation design, and Employee Relations to name but a few

Adv David Matee is a seasoned Legal Expert with over 30-year experience within the Legal fraternity. Advocate Matee has served and has extensive experience in appearances at both CCMAs as a Commissioner and Bargaining Councils similarly Adv Matee has experience in Tribunals, Labour Court and other Subsequent higher Courts in sequence. He has contributed to the establishment of the CCMA during its formative years and contributed to LRA Amendments initiatives through NEDLAC to name but a few of his credentials and contributions to the SA Labour Law. Testament to his competency on Labour Law, Advocate Matee has affirmed awards by both Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court.
